AUDIO ASPIRIN: I GOT PLENTY OF NUTTIN
Here is a new feature called "Audio Aspirin". For this feature I play a great Bing Crosby recording...sometimes there will be video and sometimes not. The important thing is here those great Bing Crosby vocals. Bing's recording of "I Got Plenty Of Nuttin" from 1936 showcases what a booming voice Bing had in the mid 1930s. The song was written by George Gershwin for the musical PORGY AND BESS. It is also rare for the word "hell" to be used in a recording of the 1930s, but Bing gets away with it on this great recording...
